By browsing Valen or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your login details secure. Let us know right away if you think your account has been accessed without permission.
Orders and pricing
Prices and availability can change without notice. An order is confirmed once we accept payment or, for Cash on Delivery, once we confirm the order by SMS or WhatsApp. We may cancel an order if an item is mispriced or out of stock, and will refund any payment already taken.
Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are handled under our Returns policy. Placing an order means you also agree to those terms.
Intellectual property
Everything on this site — text, photos, logos, and design — belongs to Valen or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without permission.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Nepali law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.
