When you create an account, place an order, or contact us, we collect your name, email, phone number, delivery address, and order history. If you sign in with Facebook or another provider, we receive the basic profile details that provider shares with us (typically your name, email, and profile picture).
How we use your information
We use your information to process and deliver orders, send order updates, respond to support requests, prevent fraud, and improve the shop. We do not use your data for anything beyond running and improving Valen.
How we share your information
We share order details with the courier partners who deliver your package and with payment processors who handle checkout. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for advertising.

We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your bag, and understand basic site usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Data retention
We keep account and order data for as long as your account is active or as needed to meet legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution requirements, then delete or anonymize it.
Data deletion
You can ask us to delete your personal data at any time, including data received through Facebook Login. Email us from the contact page with the email address on your account and we will confirm once your data has been deleted, usually within 30 days. Deleting your data removes your account and order history; it does not reverse completed orders.

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time.

If we change this policy, we will update this page and change the date below. Continued use of Valen after a change means you accept the updated policy.
