Eligibility
Unworn items with original tags can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Pieces that have been washed, worn, or altered cannot come back.
How to start a return
Write to us from the contact page, or WhatsApp the number listed there. Include your order number, the item, and whether you want an exchange or a refund. We will confirm the next step before you send anything.
Refunds
Prepaid orders are refunded after we inspect the return. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer once the piece is back with us and checked. Shipping paid at checkout is not refunded unless the item was faulty or we sent the wrong size.
Exchanges
If the size is wrong, we will swap it when the same style is in stock. If it is not, we refund instead. You do not need to place a second order to get the right size.
What we cannot take back
Final-sale and marked-down items, underwear and earrings for hygiene, gift cards, and anything returned after the 14-day window.
